HILFE

Neue Halle, neuer Platz

HELP

What do you need help with?

Find help with common problems below. If you are setting up RunLine, start with First steps.

The course floats, sits in the ground or drifts while walking

Check the floor height first. Open the hand menu, tap Floor under Position and adjust the height until the course sits on the real ground. On sloping ground, tilt the course. Outdoors, the outdoor tracking routine helps as well. Background in the FAQ.

The course moves on its own, Lock does not work

Check in the hand menu whether Walk is active. You find it under Tools. A dot on “Tools” shows an active mode, even when the section is closed. In walk mode, Lock is off. Turn “Walk” off, then touch and hold Lock.

I cannot see my hands

Usually the controllers are still active. Put both down, not in a pocket, and wait a few seconds. See Quest basics for more troubleshooting steps.

New venue, new field

The Quest asks for a new boundary and sets up the new surroundings. See Quest basics for guidance. Outdoors: look around briefly and walk a small loop first, then align. Why, see outdoor tracking.

No courses in the list

Check that your account contains courses on the Courses page. In the headset, touch and hold “Sync” until the ring is full. Also check your course filter in the settings. To add courses, import a plan or link a Smarter Agility Pro account.

The dog does not start

The dog needs a loaded course with a path. If the headset shows “No dog path”, the dog cannot run that course. If Dog under Tools is grey, Adapt is active: finish Adapt first, then start the dog. Everything about the dog is in the Dogmode guide.

Watch the tutorial again

Tap the lifebuoy in the hand menu. It sits on the far right of the menu footer. From there, you can restart the tutorial or open the gesture guide.

First steps

Install, pair, first start: all three steps on one page.
